How to: set up/edit your subscription

You can set up, renew or edit your subscription in just a few minutes within the Inline Manual portal. In this article, we’ll show you how to do it.

Managing the subscription

Setting up a subscription after your Inline Manual trial expired is simple. All you need is a few minutes and a credit card.

Later, if needed, you can edit the subscription exactly the same way. You may want to upgrade your plan to get access to advanced Inline Manual features. When you upgrade the subscription, your account will adjust immediately to the new plan. If you’re not sure which plan fits you best, see the pricing page for full plan comparison.

To set up/edit your Inline Manual subscription:

  1. Login to Inline Manual portal with your e-mail and password.

  2. Click the drop-down menu in the upper left corner, choose the paying entity (your personal account or an Organization account) and go to the Subscription tab.

If you set up a subscription with your personal account instead of an Organization account, don’t worry. Contact us via chat or e-mail (support@inlinemanual.com) to move the subscription to the Organization account.
  1. Click choose plan and choose the plan that fits you best.*

  1. Click Subscribe to.... You will be redirected to the payment page where you’ll provide your credit card and billing details.

  1. Confirm with the Upgrade button.

All payments are in US Dollars (USD). If you try to pay in another currency, your bank will automatically convert the payment to US Dollars. You’ll be billed automatically on the last day of your subscription period.

Cancelling your Subscription:

  1. Login to Inline Manual portal with your e-mail and password.

  2. Click the drop-down menu in the upper left corner, choose the account you want to cancel (your personal account or an Organization account) and go to the Subscription tab.

  1. Click on the Cancel your subscription button.

  1. Choose when do you want to cancel.

  1. Confirm by clicking on the Cancel Subscription button.
